In the summer of 2015 ABC News came calling to ask about my availability to provide simultaneous interpreting for an undisclosed assignment. The day of rehearsal I learned that I’d be providing the English-language voice for Pope Francis at the First Virtual Papal Audience in history, and in simultaneou! Based on the success of that assignment, I became ABC’s official English-language voice for Pope Francis’s first visit to the United States. I later voiced these samples for the produced special report.
